Having grown up in Newton, the middle child of seven children, I learned a lot of invaluable skills such as negotiating, listening, sharing, and finding my voice among the chaos! It was fun, no question about it, and I love being a part of a large and growing family. I married my high school sweetheart, and have two grown children, one who currently lives on the West Coast, and one who lives in Newton.
After college, I started my career as a Legal Assistant for a prestigious law firm in Boston; Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo. I honed my skills by reading and interpreting contracts and legal documents of all kinds. This prepared me well for my eventual career in real estate. I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years and I became Broker/Owner of Legacy Properties, LLC in 2012.
My strongest attribute, I feel, is my commitment to personal service and my commitment to helping my buyers and sellers – no matter the challenge. I believe in treating others as I myself wish to be treated, which means I am available at all times (my cell phone is turned on and I accept calls until 10:30pm at night). I do this to accommodate the schedules of my buyers and sellers who work more traditional hours, and need to reach me when their day is done, which is usually late at night! I get it!
