Gail is a gem!

Seriously, working with her is hitting the real estate jackpot. She is highly responsive and super easy to work with. I was a MESS when going through the stresses of buying my first home. I would almost liken her to a doctor with amazing bedside manners. She is understanding and genuine, and most importantly she is the most HONEST person I’ve ever worked with. Her integrity is higher than any other realtor around. I wouldn’t trust anyone but Gail, and I’ll always come back to her for as long as I can. She helped me understand my options and gave me real advice/guidance that most realtors would not give. She helped me walk away from a house/deal that wasn’t right for me because she knew I’d have buyers remorse. (NO realtors do that!) She leveled with me and cared enough about my long term happiness to be patient as I went through the process. She also knows the market and makes the process super easy once you do find “the one”. When it comes to negotiating, Gail doesn’t want you to overpay and is an expert negotiator. She knows all the right questions to ask and vets everything as if she were personally buying the property. I felt so good about working with her from start to finish. Gail is the BEST.
